About The Role:

To define and drive the long-term strategy for Dyson Korea¡¯s e-commerce business, leading aggressive growth across online channels including Dyson.com, online marketplaces, and TV home shopping. As part of the market leadership team, the E-Commerce Director injects thought leadership, energy, and challenge, continuously developing new digital channel opportunities and strengthening existing ones to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Success in this role depends on powerful cross-functional leadership and influence—collaborating closely with commercial, marketing, demand planning, logistics, IT, and customer service teams to deliver best-in-class online performance. The E-Commerce Director will manage a focused e-commerce team, while leveraging broader market resources through virtual and matrixed collaboration.
