[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Job Purpose: The HRBP will be accountable for aligning business objectives with employees and management in their designated business units. The HRBP will serve as a consultant to leaders and employees on human resource-related issues. This is a fixed-term contractor role until Aug 2026.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Work with HR customers (i.e. internal employees, business leaders, regional counterparts) on the overall people issues of relevant business/function. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field Àλç, °æ¿µÇÐ ¶Ç´Â °ü·Ã Àü°ø Çлç ÇÐÀ§ ¼ÒÁöÀÚ - HR domain knowledge Àλç(HR) µµ¸ÞÀÎ Áö½Ä º¸À¯ - Minimum of five years of experience in HR ÀÎ»ç °ü·Ã ¾÷¹« °æ·Â ÃÖ¼Ò 5³â - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ¿ì¼öÇÑ ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë ¹× ´ëÀΰü°è ´É·Â - Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations µ¥ÀÌÅÍ ºÐ¼® ´É·Â, Æ®·»µå ÆÄ¾Ç ¹× ±Ç°í¾È ÀÛ¼º ¿ª·® - Understanding of AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT, Gemini) and high preference/interest of working with AI tools AI µµ±¸(Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini µî)¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀÌÇØ ¹× AI µµ±¸ Ȱ¿ë¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ³ôÀº ¼±È£µµ/°ü½É - Proficiency in both Korean and English language (written and spoken) ±¹¾î ¹× ¿µ¾î ´ÉÅë(¸»Çϱâ/¾²±â)
