Job Purpose:
The HRBP will be accountable for aligning business objectives with employees and management in their designated business units. 

The HRBP will serve as a consultant to leaders and employees on human resource-related issues. 

This is a fixed-term contractor role until Aug 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with HR customers (i.e. internal employees, business leaders, regional counterparts) on the overall people issues of relevant business/function.

2. Work with regional / global team to develop HR programs, solicit feedback from internal HR customers, and deploy them in Korea.

3. Understand complicated HR system and create a manual in easy-to-understand format.

4. Address employee concerns/inquiries and find means for resolution by engaging with different parties/functions in the Company

5. Work on HR system projects with self-leadership, deliver the results, and conduct communication sessions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

- HR domain knowledge

- Minimum of five years of experience in HR

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT, Gemini) and high preference/interest of working with AI tools
