With professional product knowledge, through carrying out various academic activities and promotion activities in compliance, the key information of ASP products can be accurately and timely conveyed to

customers to achieve the promotion goal. Keep good inter departmental communication with marketing department, professional education department and other departments, cooperate closely to promote products and improve the brand of the company and its products.

 

Position Summary

주요 업무는 ASP 제품에 대한 교육 및 훈련, 상담을 통해 내부 및 외부 고객에게 임상 전문 지식을 제공하는 것입니다.

핵심 활동은 고객과의 협업을 통해 회사의 비즈니스 목표를 달성하거나 초과 달성할 수 있는 모범 사례 기반의 솔루션을 제공하는 것입니다.

고객과의 충성도와 신뢰를 구축하고 장기적인 고객 관계를 개발하는데 책임이 있습니다.

또한 고객과의 전략적인 관계를 구축하고 유지하며, 경제적이고 가치 중심의 솔루션을 제시하고 전달하는 역할을 수행합니다

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 이 직무는 제한된 감독과 일반적인 지시 하에, 관련 법률, 규정 및 ASP의 정책, 절차, 지침을 준수하여 다음과 같은 업무를 수행합니다:

·         고객에게 ASP 제품에 대한 상담, 평가 및 교육을 통해 임상 전문 지식 제공

·         신제품 개발/출시, 시장 변화/트렌드, 고객 요구사항 파악에 있어 ASP 직원에게 임상 전문가로서 역할 수행

·         고객의 임상 관련 이슈를 지속적으로 추적하고, 고객의 목소리를 ASP 팀에 전달

·         비즈니스 기회를 영업팀에 전달

·         시장 내 ASP 제품에 대한 지속적인 평가 및 분석을 수행하고, 영업 및 마케팅 팀과 협력하여 비즈니스 목표 달성

·         ASP 직원 대상 교육 프로그램 및 훈련 기획 및 실행

·         고객의 현재 및 미래 요구를 충족시키기 위한 교육 프로그램 기획, 개발 및 실행

·         ASP 제품에 대한 임상 및 기술 지식 유지 및 확장

·         고객 기대를 충족시키는 효율적이고 시기적절한 업무 일정 계획, 우선순위 설정 및 관리

·         전문성 향상 및 개발을 위해 전문 조직에 적극적으로 참여

·         담당 업무 영역에서 수행되는 활동과 관련된 ASP 정책 및 절차를 숙지하고 준수

·         비즈니스 관련 이슈 또는 기회를 상위 관리자에게 보고

·         필요 시 기타 업무 수행

 

Qualifications

자격 요건

        ·        학력 : RN(BSN) 포함한 간호, 보건 관련 학사 이상 선호

경력 사항

 ·        수술실(OR), 중앙공급실(CSSD), 내시경실 또는 감염관리 분야에서 최소 3년 이상의 최신 임상 경험 또는 의료기기 분야에서 3년 이상의 임상 경험이 있는 경우 우대

 ·       교육 프로그램 또는 프레젠테이션 제공 경험이 최소 1년 이상인 경우 우대

지식, 기술, 역량, 자격증/면허 및 소속 단체
(필수 컴퓨터 기술, 규제 지식, 자격증, 면허, 언어 능력, 인지 및 행동 역량 포함)

·       내시경 기기를 포함한 수술 기구에 대한 임상 전문 지식

·       멸균 및 고준위 소독에 대한 지식

·       수술실, 중앙공급실, 내시경실의 운영 방식, 절차 및 프로토콜에 대한 이해

·       수술 전 간호 표준, 감염관리 기준, CSSD 실무 지침에 대한 지식

·       ASP 제품 및 경쟁 제품에 대한 이해

·       ASP 제품이 사용되는 의료 환경 내 시장 변화 및 트렌드에 대한 지식

·       전략적 사고가 가능한 강력한 분석 능력 및 고도화된 대인 관계 기술

·       모든 수준에서 명확하게 표현하고 효과적으로 소통할 수 있는 능력 (문서 및 구두)

·       고객 중심 사고 및 강력한 관계 구축 능력

·       팀워크 능력: 팀 구성 및 협업 능력 모두 포함

·       교육 자료 준비 및 발표 능력을 포함한 우수한 프레젠테이션 능력

·       Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint 등 MS 소프트웨어 숙련도 필수

·       수술실, 중앙공급실, 내시경실 또는 감염 관리 부서에서의 관리직 경험 우대

·       수술 전 간호(CNOR), 멸균 처리, 내시경 또는 감염 예방 관련 자격증 보유자 우대
