Lead and communicate the Korea business agenda to internal stakeholders.
Contribute to long-term brand development and new product development (NPD) planning at the regional or global level.
Support the delivery of the Annual Business Plan by setting clear strategies and growth initiatives.
Agency & Market Insights Management
Oversee third-party agency relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and strong performance to deliver consistent business results.
Develop a deep understanding of Korean consumers, households, and market dynamics.

Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalent educational background.
Demonstrated expertise in integrated marketing, including online/offline media management and campaign execution.
Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
