- DOHE는 “Championing EdTech Startups to Improve Society”라는 미션 아래, 글로벌 에드테크 스타트업을 지원하는 엑셀러레이터 ‘Go-Together’ 프로그램을 운영하는 글로벌 기업입니다. 싱가포르에 본사를 두고 영국 지사를 운영하고 있으며 20개 스타트업의 성장을 함께 이끌 프로그램 매니저(Program Manager)를  모집합니다.  

- 본 포지션은 서울에서 리모트 근무를 하며 싱가포르와 영국에 위치한 글로벌 팀들과 긴밀하게 협업합니다.  

 

- Go-Together는 총26주간 진행되는 프로그램으로, EdTech 스타트업들이 비즈니스 성장 목표를 명확히 설정하고 이를 달성하도록 돕기 위해 설계되었습니다. 

6주간 전문가의 진단 단계과 목표 설정 과정을 거친 후 20주간의 본격적인 액셀러레이션이 이어지며, 각 스타트업은 숙련된 코치로부터 맞춤형 1:1 코칭을 받게 됩니다. 

 

- Go-Together 액셀러레이터 프로그램의 코호트 운영, 관리 및 리포팅 총괄 

- 프로그램의 전 과정(진단 → 목표 설정 → 코칭) 관리 

- 스타트업의 성과 및 진행 상황을 측정·추적하여 핵심 목표 달성 보장 

- 스타트업의 니즈를 파악하고 맞춤형 지원 제공, 적합한 코치·전문가 매칭 

- 워크숍, 웨비나, 컨설팅 세션, 네트워킹 이벤트 기획 및 진행 

- 정기적으로 스타트업의 성과와 성장을 평가하고 피드백 및 개선 제안 제공 

- 영어 및 한국어에 능통하며, 다양한 문화권의 사람들과 원활히 소통할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량  

- 액셀러레이터 프로그램, 스타트업 생태계, 벤처캐피탈, 인큐베이터 또는 초기 스타트업 관리 경험 

- 스타트업 운영, 확장 전략에 대한 깊은 이해 

- 빠르게 변화하고 압박감이 큰 환경에서도 전략적 사고와 실행력을 발휘할 수 있는 능력 

- 프로젝트 관리 및 조직 역량, 다수의 프로젝트를 동시에 수행할 수 있는 능력 

 

- 근무 형태: 풀타임 (주 40시간) 

- 근무지: 원격 근무 (한국 거주 기반) 

- 계약 형태: 기간제 계약직 (Fixed Term Contract) 

- 연봉: 경력에 따라 6,000만 원 이상

Go-Together is a 26-week programme designed to assist EdTech startups by offering expert diagnosis followed by 20 weeks of acceleration. Each startup will receive personalised coaching from experienced coaches, aiming to define and achieve key objectives based on their business mission and capabilities. Our goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem of EdTech innovators, ensuring startups have the resources and support needed to thrive. 

Go-Together accelerator programme cohort management, operation and reporting 

Oversee the end-to-end management of the accelerator programme 

Manage the programme’s operational processes, including diagnosis, key objective setting and acceleration (1:1 coaching) 

Deliver excellent accelerator experience to founders, coaches, partners and all stakeholders 

Measure and track the progress of startups, ensuring achievement of programme key objectives 

Work closely with startups to understand their needs and provide tailored support, or to match with appropriate coaches and experts 

Organise and manage Coach & Founder interactions, ensuring a high level of engagement and value for both parties 

Coordinate and facilitate workshops, expert’ sessions and networking 

Identify challenges faced by startups and proactively offer solutions or connect them with appropriate resources 

Regularly assess the performance and growth of startups, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement 

Fluent in English and Korean 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus) is desirable 

Proven experience managing accelerator programmes, startup ecosystems, venture capital, managing, incubators, or early-stage ventures 

Strong understanding of startup challenges, fundraising processes, business operations, and scaling strategies 

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders (startups, investors, mentors, etc.) 

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment 

Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 

Experience working with startups in a hands-on role 

Familiarity with startup tools, pitch decks, financial modelling, and fundraising platforms 

Working hours: Full-time 40 hours a week.  

Location: Remote - South Korea based 

Contract: Fixed Term Contract 

Salary: From 60,000,000+ WON - depending on experience
