[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Retail Strategy & Sales Leadership - Set and own the annual retail sales targets, driving the retail team across all boutiques in Korea to achieve sustainable growth. - Clearly communicate brand¡¯s vision and strategy to the retail team and boutique management, structure the retail organization, and allocate responsibilities effectively. - Develop and implement a comprehensive retail and customer strategy for the Korean market to build and sustain long-term customer loyalty. - Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs for frontline staff (e.g. sales, conversion rate, average transaction value, customer retention). - Design and manage incentive schemes to motivate and reward sales staff based on performance and loyalty metrics. - Conduct regular Monthly Touch-Base meetings to review and improve individual staff productivity, coaching high-potential performers. - Oversee daily store operations, including sales, expense management, inventory control, security, and safety protocols. - Lead the planning and execution of retail events at the operational level. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Training, and SC&MD to ensure optimal inventory mix by boutique, balancing market needs and turnover to maximize sales performance. - Proactively identify operational or commercial issues in boutiques and implement solutions to drive operational excellence. - Lead people management for the retail team and boutique staff, including hiring, performance assessment, training, and, when necessary, terminations. - Foster a high-performance culture by creating recognition programs, celebrating success, and building a team that others aspire to join.
O Network Development & Expansion - Strategically expand and refine the boutique network through new boutique openings, relocations, and renovations in alignment with brand growth plans. - Collaborate with HQ, local project management teams, and contractors to manage the full life cycle of boutique openings and renovations — from planning to execution and handover. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with department store partners, landlords, and internal stakeholders to drive optimal site selection and boutique design.
