Develop and execute performance marketing strategy across Naver (search, display, commerce), DTC site, and other digital channels (Kakao, social, marketplace media, programmatic ads).
Manage end-to-end campaign process — from planning and setup to optimization, reporting, and insights.
Oversee and optimize media budgets to drive growth efficiently (traffic, conversion, sales, and ROAS).
Operate and optimize programmatic advertising (Real-Time-Bidding) via DSPs or local programmatic platforms, ensuring incremental reach beyond owned platforms.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, AOV, retention, etc.) to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business results.
Collaborate with e-commerce, retail, creative, and analytics teams to ensure strong alignment between campaigns, sales goals, and customer experience.
Manage external agencies and media partners, setting clear KPIs and ensuring accountability for performance.
Continuously test and learn — new channels, audience segments, creatives, and targeting approaches to drive improvement.
Maintain high standards of data tracking, tagging, and attribution to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
Monitor competitor and market trends to identify new opportunities in the Korean digital ecosystem

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital media (preferably in consumer goods, e-commerce, or retail).
Strong expertise in Naver advertising (Search Ads, Powerlink, Display, Brand Search, and Shopping).
Experience managing DTC or online store campaigns, with understanding of conversion tracking and site analytics.
Knowledge of programmatic (RTB) advertising and local DSPs or media networks.
Strong analytical ability — able to extract insights from performance data and make data-led decisions.
Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through paid media optimization.
Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and commercial thinking.
Effective collaborator across marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams.
English communication skills preferred (for occasional regional collaboration), but not mandatory.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Naver Analytics, Excel, dashboarding tools).
Experience with marketplace ads (Coupang, 11st, Gmarket) or social performance marketing is a plus.
