[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Key Responsibilities: • Achieve new business objectives as established by the Regional Sales Manager. • Develop strategy and complete call plans / reports to ensure that all prospects¡¯ information and documentation are updated in the SRS (Strategic Relationship System). • Build and maintain excellent relationships with prospective clients and brokers to successfully create continuous new business opportunities. • Manage new business opportunities by continuously developing prospects. • Maintain an active involvement in the local insurance and brokerage community by participating in meetings, conferences, and industry-related functions. • Maintain a thorough understanding of competitors¡¯ products, services, current pricing strategy and practices. Position Requirements • A bachelor¡¯s degree in any discipline; • At least 5 to 8 years of working experience in risk management, loss prevention engineering, claims or underwriting. • Experience in the broader insurance industry is desired but not essential. • Knowledge of sales processes (prospecting, nurturing, follow-up, follow-through, negotiating, closing) and proven sales experience is a plus. • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Excellent interpersonal skills, including facilitating and presentation. • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. • Technology and social media savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft office software Salary Range: KRW 110,000,000 to KRW 165,000,000 per annum. Individual in this role gets to participate in the Sales Incentive Plan.
