Compensation & Benefit (50%)

¡î Manage the Compensation & Benefit program under supervision from HR Business partner.

Others (50%)

¡î  Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they

relate to individuals and the company objectives.

¡î  Communicates company and government rules, regulations and procedures and the need for

compliance to management and employees under supervision from HR Business partner.

¡î  Manage local compliance training and support ad hoc training if required.

¡î  Coordinate organizational culture program.

¡î  May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

¡î  Support Tapestry Group project


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

Education, Experience, Qualifications, Skills:

¡î 1-3 years¡¯ experience in various HR tasks (Compensation and Benefit, Payroll, Policy, Law)
¡î Proficiency in all Microsoft office software

¡î Experienced in multinational company

¡î Thoughtful communication skills, both oral and written

¡î Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and agility

¡î Professional business English

¡î Experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus
