Retail Field Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
¢º Conduct store visits on regular basis to ensure all store training programs are properly delivered and conducted as optimal quality.
¢º Provide coaching and feedback with frontline staff.
¢º Monitor and implement the training action plan alive.
¢º Understand retail business and create an action in line with business direction in a timely manner.
¢º Partner with Retail Management to identify and address sales opportunities on sales floor.
¢º Evaluate and provide coaching on service opportunity elements of brand products and service experiences based on customer feedback, in collaboration with the store manager.
¢º Review localized contents before publishing on the in-house learning platform.
¢º Work closely with training manager and global team to receive all training related guide and develop contents.
¢º With the cooperation of training manager, maintain training tools updates.
[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]
¢º University graduate or above in related disciplines
¢º Minimum 4 years training experience in a customer contact (multi-location) environment.
¢º Retail store experience is a plus.
¢º Motivate and inspire people to adapt to deliver the Company strategy.
¢º Ability to conduct training and in-store coaching sessions.
¢º Able to travel across the country to in-store training.
¢º Excellent communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
¢º Great Team Player.
¢º Fluent in Korean and English.
