[담당업무]
-Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels across retail stores and corporate functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
-Lead and execute large-scale retail recruitment initiatives, including store openings and seasonal hiring campaigns.
-Partner closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective, timely hiring solutions.
-Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
-Plan and execute employer branding activities such as career fairs, campus visits, and talent networking events.
-Manage and coordinate recruitment programs such as Management Trainee and Internship Programs.
-Leverage recruitment data and insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency and quality.
-Working with concerned government offices in the purpose of D&I (diversity & inclusion) such as people with disability
-Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment regulations throughout all recruitment processes.
-Maintaining up-to-date records and reports
[자격요건]
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within fast-paced and dynamic environments (retail, hospitality or consumer industry preferred).
-Proven experience in managing massive retail recruitment projects and talent programs.
-Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
-Highly responsible, agile, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
-Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken).
