Drive insight-based online marketing strategies and lead the development and implementation of E-Commerce specific shopper activation plans and customized promotions by online platforms - Overall e-commerce strategy and performance across e-commerce channels. (e.g. SSG, Lotte, Hmall, CJ, Naver, Kurly, Kakao, Coupang) - Manage promotion, product exposure, stock and e-content (PDP, banners, thumbnails) on each channel - Analyze consumer behavior, sales performance, and campaign ROI to generate actionable insights. - Build and communicate data-driven business narratives balancing commercial KPIs and brand metrics. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SCM, CS, and Finance to align business goals. - Monitor weekly and monthly promotion of the channels - 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital, or commercial strategy in beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industries.
