Reliability Labs Operations Manager (팀장)

[Performance Objectives]

Oversee reliability stress planning and execution for the BK reliability lab

Work closely with engineering and business contacts, Technology Development, other reliability stress labs, Product and Test Engineering, and Reliability Engineering team members to achieve objectives.

Maintain accurate capacity forecasts and planning processes to ensure on-time delivery of services and availability of stress data per commitment.

Track relevant indicators for critical success parameters such as safety, capacity, quality, and throughput.

[Minimum requirements]
학사 이상 (석사 우대)
유관경력 7 ~ 20년 수준
Knowledge of semiconductor and packaging fail mechanisms and their acceleration considerations
Capable of working harmoniously with internal partners, appropriately independent and self-driven
Experience and leadership, including lab operations
Problem solving methods
Korean and English Ability

[Desired Experience in]
Working with design and development engineering
Working with industrial, automotive, and/or AI customers and products
Reliability stress equipment
Semiconductor wafer fab and packaging
JMP or other statistical tools for data analysis
JEDEC, AEC, AQG, etc.
