- App Business & Performance Management
o Manage end-to-end App performance, including downloads, active users, conversion, and revenue.
o Analyze key KPIs using Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer, and Braze to identify business opportunities.
o Create regular performance reports and propose actionable improvements.
o Oversee resolution of operational issues impacting app performance.

- App Strategy & Planning
o Develop short- and long-term growth strategies based on data insights and market trends.
o Draft business requirements and partner with technical and marketing teams for new features.
o Plan and evaluate A/B tests to enhance engagement and conversion.
o Manage app-exclusive campaigns, content, and feature rollouts.

- Cross-functional Collaboration
o Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, IT, and Creative teams to align app initiatives with business goals.
o Coordinate with global and APAC teams to ensure consistency in roadmap, content, and feature releases.
o Oversee app store operations, including ASO, review management, and ¡°What¡¯s New¡± updates.

- Customer Experience Optimization
o Analyze user journeys to identify and address friction points.
o Partner with CRM teams to optimize push, in-app, and inbox communication strategies
o Monitor customer feedback and translate insights into improvement initiatives
o Communicating and running new app features/trainings to cross functional teams (contact center, regional business team, stores teams)

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

-    Minimum 5–8 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or App Business Management.

-    Strong proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Appsflyer, and Braze.

-    Proven experience managing KPIs across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels.

-    Understanding of app marketing, UX, and customer lifecycle management.

-    Experience collaborating across regional/global cross-functional teams.

-    Fluency in English (Korean proficiency preferred)

-    Awareness/experience in the mobile app industry/market in Korea

-    Experience working in the Google Play Store, Apple Store and One Store
