Job Title: Field Application Engineer (FAE)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support customers developing products based on our camera and AI-enabled SoCs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with customers and internal R&D teams to provide technical guidance, resolve issues, and ensure successful product integration.

Key Responsibilities
? Provide hardware and software technical support for products developed using camera and AI-integrated SoCs
? Perform on-site debugging and analyze customer technical requirements when issues arise
? Work closely with HQ R&D teams to propose solutions tailored to customer needs
? Communicate effectively with customers to understand and translate technical requirements
? Build and maintain strong, long-term technical relationships with customers

Qualifications
? Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related fields
? 3?5 years of experience in hardware and software technical support
? Hands-on development and debugging experience in Linux and/or RTOS environments
? Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

? Experience in camera development or image quality (IQ) tuning
? Understanding of SoCs and AI algorithms, with practical debugging experience
? Prior experience working in automotive companies or supporting automotive development projects
? Proficiency in a second language (Chinese preferred)
