1. Channel Strategy & Business Leadership
- Develop and drive channel strategies that deliver sustainable growth ensuring strong business fundamentals across revenue, profitability, and brand visibility.
- Lead overall business performance for TV Home Shopping (TVHS) and Home shopping direct channels, optimizing sell-in/sell-out dynamics and margin structures.
- Explore new business opportunities through direct partnerships, new platforms, and co-marketing initiatives that enhance channel effectiveness.
- Build clear channel roadmaps and performance frameworks to strengthen execution excellence and commercial return.
2. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a talented team of Channel Managers, MDs, and Sales Specialists overseeing daily operations across major TVHS partners (CJ, GS, Hyundai, Lotte) and PP accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Trade Planning, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and ensure seamless execution across functions.
- Foster a high-performance culture that values collaboration, agility, and accountability.
3. Partner & Broadcast Management
- Manage strategic partnerships with key home shopping networks and home shopping direct channel platforms, ensuring strong relationships and mutual business growth.
- Lead contract discussions and commercial negotiations, ensuring balanced outcomes that support long-term value creation.
- Oversee end-to-end broadcast operations — from product readiness and airing plans to creative reviews and post-broadcast analysis.
- Monitor key performance drivers such as conversion, airtime efficiency, and overall broadcast profitability.
4. Commercial Planning & Governance
- Partner with the Sales Director and Trade Planning team to set annual and quarterly business objectives, including sales forecasts and promotional investments.
- Ensure consistent execution of trade programs, pricing policies, and promotional calendars to protect brand and business health.
- Drive regular business reviews to identify opportunities, address challenges, and share actionable insights for improvement.
5. Market & Performance Insights
- Analyze market trends, category performance, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Proactively address underperforming areas and optimize product and channel portfolios.
- Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

-Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-5~20 years of experience in Home Shopping, E-commerce, or Retail Channel Sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
-Strong track record in managing TVHS partnerships and driving profitable growth.
-Deep understanding of Korea¡¯s home shopping ecosystem, broadcast operations, and retail P&L management.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Korean; proficiency in English preferred.
-Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
