Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and distribution strategies across Other Focused Channels,
ensuring brand visibility and execution of promotional programs.
- Manage key accounts by developing account plans, agreements,
and compliance checks, while monitoring performance and ROI.
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management for
the assigned territory.
- Execute and evaluate trade and consumer programs to
strengthen positioning as a
preferred supplier.
- Gather and analyze field intelligence, reporting results on
sales, pricing, and stock management.
- Oversee outsourced personnel performance, ensuring alignment
with company standards and KPIs.

What We¡¯re Looking For
- University degree
- 5+years¡¯ hands-on experience in sales, distribution, channel
management, or field trade marketing
- Strong P&L management experience (must-have)
- FMCG and Travel Retail experience is a strong advantage
- Experience in consumer/trade promotions management is a plus
- Fluent in English and Korean (required); additional languages
are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong financial,
negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and account management skill
