- Providing M&A consulting services to PE firms and large corporations.
- Executing various consulting projects throughout the entire M&A cycle, including CDD, post-acquisition value creation, PMI, IPO equity story development, and sales support. 

 

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree over

- Experience in performing strategic/logical work from a business perspective, along with strong skill-sets in research and quantitative data analysis (e.g., Excel).
- Preferred
 : Experience in M&A-related projects within a strategic consulting firm (e.g., CDD, value creation, PMI projects).
 : Experience in FDD at an accounting firm, or M&A-related work experience at a PE firm, IB, VC.
 : Experience in financial modeling and valuation work.
