¢¹ ´ã´ç¾÷¹« - Manage the sales activities at his/her accounts and generate new sales programs and account development - Drive internal stakeholders and contact not only molders but also key decision making OEMs and Tiers for the project to be closed - Prioritizing direct communication with customers and identifying new accounts and applications in the market segment of automotive and battery - Develop business with customers by leveraging our broad product portfolio of high performance polymers including Aromatics, Engineering Plastics, and Fluoropolymers. - Achieve sales target and grow business - Establish partnership with key customers - Build technical expertise in product offering to fulfill customers` needs

¢¹ ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç - BSc in engineering (Chemical/Polymer knowledge is preferred). MSc or MBA will be a plus - Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role at multinational companies selling high performance polymers such as Aromatics, Engineering Plastics, or Fluoropolymers with the demonstrated track record of success. - Preferred global working experiences in automotive industry with Tier one, OEM, and End users. - Fluent in English - Interpersonal skill as a team player and for customer relationship building
