Position: Principal/Partner
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development and Revenue Growth:
Use existing networks to enter into and sell high-value consulting agreements.
Identify and build long-term strategic partnerships with top executives and boards.
• Sector Leadership (Manufacturing, Construction and Machinery):
Provides deep domain expertise on topics such as capital project management, smart construction (ConTech), industrial automation, and aftermarket service strategies.
Lead the development of "thinking leadership" products that define the future of the manufacturing environment.
• High Risk Participation Supervision:
Conduct multiple complex transformation projects to ensure the best quality and sustainable revenue impact for customers.
Drive rigorous problem solving and provide strategic direction to participating teams.
• People and company leadership:
Mentoring and developing the next generation of principals and project leaders.
Contributes to the company's intellectual capital and internal operational excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements
• 12+years of strategic consulting experience.
• Proven ability to identify, scope and close large consulting projects.
• Project experience in various industries such as mfg (construction, machinery, etc.), consumer goods, distribution, Hightech, etc
• Highly preferred to obtain the best global business school or an advanced master's/doctor's degree
(MBA/Doctor's) in engineering or related fields.
• Native-level Korean fluency and professional-level English proficiency (for global collaboration).
• Experience leading large-scale innovation or restructuring projects for global mechanical OEMs or Tier-1 construction companies.
• Having a wide and "warm" C-suite network within the Korean and global industrial sectors
