We're not chasing one-off hits. We invest in strong ideas, sharp execution, and teams who take ownership. The goal? Build great games—and then do it again, even better.

Across PC, console, and mobile, we¡¯re creating genre-defining experiences that push boundaries and deliver real joy. If that sounds like your kind of mission, we¡¯d love to meet you.

Be part of something bold and let¡¯s build what¡¯s next.
About the Role

As a QA Analyst supporting NEOWIZ¡¯s global publishing portfolio, you will be responsible for independently driving quality validation, risk identification, and release readiness across externally developed game titles. Operating in close coordination with development partners, external QA vendors, and NEOWIZ¡¯s publishing stakeholders, this role focuses on ensuring that game builds meet platform, performance, and player-experience expectations throughout the publishing lifecycle.

This position is well suited for an experienced QA professional who is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, clear ownership over deliverables, and strong communication across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will independently plan and execute functional, compatibility, performance, and regression testing across PC and console platforms, based on agreed publishing milestones and quality standards.
  • You will evaluate game builds provided by external development partners, assess overall quality and risk, and provide structured feedback aligned with NEOWIZ¡¯s publishing requirements.
  • You will document, track, and validate defects using industry-standard tools such as Jira, ensuring issues are clearly reproducible, prioritized, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • You will act as a QA point of contact between NEOWIZ publishing, development partners, and external QA vendors, facilitating clear communication on defects, fixes, and quality expectations.
  • You will support first-party certification processes for Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo by validating compliance requirements and contributing to submission readiness.
  • You will design and maintain test plans, test cases, and checklists, while continuously refining QA documentation and testing approaches to improve coverage and efficiency.
  • You will review gameplay, UX, localization, accessibility, and usability from a player-centric perspective, identifying risks that may impact reception or compliance.
  • You will contribute QA assessments during milestone reviews, highlighting quality trends, release risks, and recommendations.
  • You will validate patches, updates, and live content as part of live operations support, ensuring stability and player experience post-launch.
  • Where external QA vendors are engaged, you will coordinate testing scope, validate outputs, and ensure alignment with the agreed testing strategy, without direct people management responsibility.

Qualifications

  • You bring a minimum of three years of professional QA experience within the games industry, ideally within a publisher or external development environment.
  • You have a strong command of QA methodologies, defect lifecycles, and industry best practices, and are comfortable operating independently with defined objectives.
  • You are experienced with at least one professional bug-tracking system and consistently produce clear, actionable defect documentation.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify systemic quality risks beyond individual bugs.
  • You communicate effectively with cross-functional and external stakeholders in a distributed, international environment.
  • A genuine passion for games and player experience is essential.

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with console certification standards such as TRC, XR, NAC, or NOPS is highly valued.
  • Experience working with external development studios, external QA vendors, or publishing organizations is a strong advantage.

Engagement & Value Proposition

  • This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the quality and success of globally released game titles across multiple genres and platforms. You will work with experienced international teams, gain exposure to full publishing lifecycles, and operate in a professional environment that values clarity, autonomy, and expertise.

  • Commercial terms, engagement structure (B2B or EOR), and duration will be discussed transparently during the process and aligned with local market standards.
