[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Duties & Responsibilities • To prepare, maintain and update quarterly business plans, the CRM database, reporting of weekly activities, etc. • To regularly review business opportunities with assigned distribution channel partners • To provide sales and product support to Distributors, End Users and potential customers whether new leads, established customers, through cold calls, during trials, or after-sales follow-up, etc. • To plan and prepare for visits to Key Accounts, target accounts and new accounts • To develop and implement sales strategies to address business growth in relevant industrial and market segments • To facilitate the transfer of necessary sales skills and product knowledge to distributor sales teams • To form and maintain quality professional relationships with distribution channel partners within the defined region • To meet and exceed agreed annual sales targets • To act as a strategic marketing partner for distribution sales channels • To act in compliance with the agreed business plans and methodologies
Requirements • Based in or around Seoul, South Korea • Minimum Qualifications of Degree holder • Minimum 5 years industrial sales experience, preferably in the environments of logistics and/or packaging • Strong commercial drive with a proven track record in sales • Familiarization of working through distribution channel partners • Well-developed interpersonal skills to train and educate both clients and the sales representatives of appointed distribution channel partners • Knowledgeable of consultative and solution-based selling an advantage • Dynamic personality with entrepreneurial spirit • High sales drive with self-discipline, commitment and self-motivation • Good presentation skills with an ability to communicate in English • Holder of a valid driving license
