| About the RoleAs a Junior Fulfillment & Logistics Operations, you will support the day-to-day operation of Gmarket¡¯s store-as-warehouse fulfillment centers and assist in managing multiple delivery models such as next-day, early-morning, and instant delivery.
This role focuses on on-site execution, operational monitoring, and coordination, working closely with senior operators, store teams, and logistics partners to ensure stable and timely order fulfillment.
| Key Responsibilities
¡Ø This is a junior-level position, where the role holder will work closely with senior team members and gradually take on responsibilities.
¡á Fulfillment Center Operations Support
- Support daily operations of fulfillment centers located within Emart stores.
- Assist in monitoring picking, packing, and handoff processes to ensure smooth order flow.
- Help identify on-site operational issues and escalate them appropriately.
¡á Multi-Delivery Model Operations
- Support daily operations across multiple delivery modes
(next-day, early-morning, instant delivery).
- Assist in tracking delivery status and basic service quality indicators.
¡á Quality & Operations Monitoring
- Support basic operational standards and checklists.
- Assist in routine quality checks and issue logging.
- Help summarize recurring issues and improvement points.
¡á Coordination & Communication
- Support coordination with store staff and logistics partners.
- Assist in communication related to delivery delays, operational exceptions, or process changes.
- Help prepare simple operational reports and daily summaries.
| Qualifications
¡Ø This role is intended for early-career candidates and does not require prior ownership of category strategy.
- 0–3 years of experience (new graduates are welcome)
- Strong interest in fulfillment, logistics, or on-site operations
- Willingness to work closely with physical operations and field teams
- Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Comfort working in fast-paced, operational environments
- Proficiency in either English or Chinese as a working language
- (Preferred) Internship, part-time, or project experience related to logistics, retail, or operations
- (Preferred) Exposure to e-commerce fulfillment, store operations, or delivery services
- (Preferred) Basic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
