- Support Korean customers for technical inquiries related to products which have been sold
- Support customer's inquiry related to Classic AUTOSAR and Ethernet products.
- Analyzes the request of customers and try to solve it through various way like checking user's manual, AUTOSAR specification, debugging, source code analysis or etcs.
- When supporting customers, various tools like Lauterbach Trace32, CANoe and etc are used.
- If the inquiry cannot be handled by EBK engineer, he/she can reach to internal expert engineers to find a tip or solution.
- Make a demo project and demonstrate it for Korean customers.
- Contact or visit customers to support technical inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare training for Korean customers which studying and researching will be continued consistently to catch up all basic AUTOSAR BSW modules, AUTOSAR specification.
- Adjust or improve training materials based on the feedback of Korean customers
- Joining a meeting or conference call with a customer when discussing technical topics in detail.

- A MSc or BSc degree in computer science, electronics or similar
- Excellent communication and language skills in English
