1. Key Roles

- Training & Coaching ÁøÇà

  : Facilitate learning sessions and provide on-the-floor coaching to enhance sales techniques and the luxury service experience.

- Curriculum °³¹ß & Çѱ¹¿¡ ¸Â°ÔLocalization

  : Partner with store teams to identify training needs and translate/localize global materials to ensure local relevance.

- ±³À°Áغñ ¹× Âü¼®ÀÚ ¹× ±³À°Æò°¡ ¾÷µ¥ÀÌÆ®

  : Manage training logistics, update databases (attendance, evaluations), and coordinate schedules with store managers.

- Reporting & ±³À°¼º°ú Follow-up

  : Track the correlation between training and store KPIs (e.g., Conversion rate) and report findings with actionable solutions.
