CRM Specialist (»ç¿ø¸»-´ë¸®±Þ)
1. Key Roles
ü Client Activation (°í°´È®º¸ Ä·ÆäÀÎ):
Execute client activation campaigns by rolling out to Korea region and support seasonal/festive treatment programs.
ü Event Management(À̺¥Æ® ÁøÇà °ü¸®):
Lead set up and execution of store activations, events, and gifting, including in-store & off-site itinerary coordination.
ü Data & Performance (°í°´ µ¥ÀÌÅÍ ºÐ¼®):
Analyze client sales performance, purchasing patterns, and KPIs, while tracking results from events to report post-event recaps.
ü Marketing Communication:
Conduct targeted marketing via various channels and compose/proofread client marketing scripts and outreach materials.
ü CRM Operations (°í°³»çÀºÇ° µî ±¸¸Å µî):
Source local production for gifts by qualifying new vendors and manage distribution and long-term partnerships
ü Internal Communication :
Communicate with store managers for client development feedback and manage practical logistics including packing for event preparation.
2. Qualification
¡¤ Work experience in luxury field, expertise in CRM/Client Relations field
(Experience in luxury retail store is a plus, experience of CRM and understanding of client behavior is crucial)
¡¤ University degree
¡¤ Data analysis skill
¡¤ Good English & communication
¡¤ Excellent Microsoft office tool (PowerPoint, Excel..) skills
¡¤ Must be able to work independently and proactively by taking ownership of assignments and seeking creative solutions
¡¤ Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills are a must.
¡¤ Organized, collaborative, adaptable, flexible, and able to multi task in a fast-paced work environment
¡¤ Strategic thinking and target driven approach and mindset
¡¤ Ability to work a flexible retail schedule: including some weekends and key event days by CRM activity in stores
