? 정기적인 HSE 성과 보고서 작성 및 본사·경영진 보고

? 전사 HSE 교육, 안전 인식 제고 프로그램 및 캠페인 기획·운영

Key Responsibilities Include;

? Guarantee compliance with local Health & Safety, Environmental regulations

? Ensure adherence to HSE standards and implementation of HSE policies and KPI

? Prepare and report regular HSE performance for senior leadership and group HSE team

? Collecting, monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining HSE data

? Identify, assess and manage operational HSE risks across manufacturing plant

? Lead and coordinate investigations into accidents, incidents and NMI, including detailed root cause

analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions

? Interacting and responding to regulatory authorities and Sibelco group audits

? Develop and Implement comprehensive H&S training, H&S awareness programs, campaigns

Key Requirements Include;

? HS-related work experience required (5+ years)

? Knowledge and experience related to the Occupational Safety and Health Act

? Experience in managing HSE programs

? Good communication skills to interface with various teams and level of people

? Above Business English skills

? Certifications such as Industrial Safety engineer
