Job Purpose

To oversee the end-to-end execution of luxury retail store projects on an international scale.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in luxury environments, with a proven ability to manage millwork production,

coordinate cross-functional construction teams, and lead complex projects through to delivery.

 

Core Accountabilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of luxury retail construction projects, from design development through to handover
• Manage custom millwork production, including specification reviews, factory coordination, quality control, and delivery logistics
• Work closely with in-house design, merchandising, and procurement teams to ensure brand standards are upheld
• Act as the key point of contact with local architects and planning authorities to secure permits and ensure all work complies with local regulations
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Travel as needed to overseas factories, project sites, and stakeholder meetings

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• 8+ years of project management experience in luxury retail, architecture, or construction
• Proven experience delivering flagship or high-end boutique projects globally
• Strong technical knowledge of millwork fabrication, joinery materials, and production workflows
• International project experience and ability to work with cross-cultural teams
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Familiarity with local council regulations, permitting processes, and building codes
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and/or similar PM software
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
