We are looking for Native English-speaking E-commerce Sales Representatives to join our modern office located steps away from Haeundae Beach in Busan.

In this role, you will be responsible for introducing and selling high-quality Korean products to customers in the U.S. and global markets, while working closely with an experienced international team.

[Compensation & Benefits]

-30 hours per week / 2.7M KRW per month

[What You’ll Do]
-Answer customer inquiries and follow up with leads
-Provide order updates and customer support
-Communicate with U.S. customers (email, text, CRM)
-Occasional phone calls (not call-center work)

[What We’re Looking For]
-Native English speaker (American English preferred)
-Sales or customer service experience
-Comfortable working with U.S. customers
-F visa holder
