[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] CONTEXT AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The SCM Logistics Team Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL management. This role requires efficient product flow, cost optimization, strategic leadership, effective 3PL management, and a deep understanding of logistics processes to support BRAND¡¯s operational excellence and customer satisfaction goals.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES O Logistics Operations Management - Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, outbound, warehouse transfers and returns. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery to retail stores, wholesale partners, and e-commerce channels. - Lead 3PL operational planning, including volume forecasting (inbound & outbound), stock management, and inventory optimization. - Carry out Green light management and Shipment execution for timely and accurate delivery to the stores through close communication with the global platforms. - Prepare for internal and external audits, including customs and product claims.
O Logistics and 3PL Management: - Manage 3rd party logistics providers to ensure efficient warehousing, transportation, and distribution services. - Optimize logistics costs while maintaining high service quality and compliance with global standards. - Track and analyze product availability rates, inventory levels, and operational performance. - Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely stock availability and efficient space utilization. - Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery order fulfilment and on-time delivery within 24 hours to the store.
O Team Leadership and Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. - Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members, promoting career growth and job satisfaction.
O Process Improvement and Cost Management: - Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing overall efficiency. - Implement best practices for inventory control, demand planning, and logistics management. - Develop and track KPIs to measure supply chain performance, including cost efficiency and lead time reduction.
O Stakeholder Management: - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, merchandising, and retail teams, to align on business priorities. - Act as the primary point of contact for regional and global supply chain partners, ensuring seamless collaboration

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] °æ·Â: °æ·Â 15³â¡è ÇзÂ: ´ëÁ¹ Á÷¹«±â¼ú: SCM, SCM manager, SCM Team Leader - Minimum 15 years of
experience in SCM, logistics, or related fields, with a proven track record. - Bachelor¡¯s degree in
Logistics, SCM, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. - Exceptional leadership and
team management abilities. - Strong experience in 3PL
management and logistics cost control. - Solid understanding of
warehouse operations, transportation management, and inventory processes. - Strong analytical skills with
experience in logistics KPIs and performance management. - Excellent Communication
skills and ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment. - Comprehensive understanding
of supply chain operations, demand forecasting, and 3PL management. - Proficiency in data analytics
tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, CBR)
