We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand growth through short- and long-term strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and strategic sales planning. This role will play a key part in driving portfolio innovation while working closely with regional and local cross-functional stakeholders.

Brand Strategy & Business Growth
• Develop and execute brand growth strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver innovative and achievable business plans
• Lead retail execution in partnership with shopper marketing and commercial teams

Consumer, Market & Performance Analysis
• Analyze key performance indicators, brand sales, and offtake data
• Conduct consumer and market research to identify growth opportunities and market potential

Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC)
• Develop campaign briefs, communication ecosystems, and marketing programs based on consumer insights and market trends
• Design advanced media and communication plans aligned with consumer behavior
• Ensure flawless execution of IMC campaigns and evaluate ROI to optimize effectiveness

Innovation & Project Management
• Lead end-to-end project management for NPD and product initiatives
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver expected results

Brand Health & Financial Management
• Monitor brand health using appropriate measurement tools
• Manage sales planning, forecasting, and budget tracking

People Management
• Supervise and develop a marketing trainee

• Bachelor¡¯s degree or above
• 7+ years of experience in FMCG brand marketing(Skin & Beauty industry experience preferred but not required)
• Fluency in both English and Korean
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Consumer-centric and agile mindset
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management capabilities
