-Drive operational excellence across the retail network by identifying improvement opportunities, deploying operational tools and programs, and ensuring consistent execution

-Lead retail performance management through KPI definition, data-driven analysis, store-level action plans, and ongoing performance optimization

-Oversee end-to-end retail operations including new store projects, operational budgets, policies, vendor management, uniforms, and after-sales implementation

[자격요건]

-Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the luxury retail industry

-Strong expertise in retail operations, performance analysis, budget ownership, and cross-functional collaboration

-Fluency in both English and Korean with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
