* ´ã´ç¾÷¹« 

* Home care portfolio planning (includes discontinuing underperforming brands/products, new product launch)
• Manage existing product lineup across Laundry, Surface Cleaner and Dish Care categories 
• Own day-to-day management of assigned product portfolio including SKU performance, pricing, and lifecycle decisions.
• Support smooth product transitions and replacement planning in collaboration with Supply Chain and Sales.
• Support development and refinement of value propositions for category brands and top selling products.
 
* Home care product positioning & claims development 
• Develop Home Care positioning and claims through close collaboration with cross-functional teams including RA, CS, QA, Procurement, Training, and Sales..
• Work closely with RA and QA to ensure all product claims and communications are compliant with local regulations.

* Marketing Planning & Brand Activation 
  • Create digital marketing contents that are easy-to-use and understandable as an effective ABO business tool for driving ABO business excitement 
• Marketing planning and execution to support Home care, including promotion, packaging and physical presence programs

* Áö¿øÀÚ°Ý 
•  Bachelor¡¯s degree in marketing or related field. 
•  4~5 years of marketing or brand management experiences within the FMCG or consumer products industry. (Experience in Home Care or detergent product categories is preferred)
•  Extensive experience in data driven digital marketing experience with proficiency in leveraging AI tools.
