[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] * Operate the brand team through sales management, professional brand management and effective staff management. * Manage the business on a day to day basis to increase sales and improve results through creative and effective use of all resources, including effective leadership and merchandise assortment. O Budget / Buying (15%) - Plan annual budget for sell-in & sell-out / seasonal sell-in & sell-out by store & product category through analyzing sales by store & product category and reach annual budget confirmed by Brand Region - Review the budget in terms of sales & inventory on month basis - Plan budget annual HC & Expense & revise it on quarter basis - Conduct the seasonal buying & Monthly reorder based on product analysis and forecast
O Retail Management (25%) - Design strategic merchandise, VMD & sales plan in order to maximize sales and to maintain operational standard & policy of Brand - Set up the sales meeting with all store managers to share the sales objective & to improve the quality of service - Analyses sales performance and create retail animation tool such as incentive program, Push money and work shop to Conduct product training by season to improve the product knowledge and enhance the sales technique - Report business analysis to Brand Region (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly basis)
O Merchandise Management (10%) - Delivery management with Brand Region to receive right product on time - Inventory control to manage the right level by store - Product analysis by week, month, season & year & forecast for order - Supervising VMD to maintain the VMD strategy of Brand Region. - Monitoring and reporting regarding to competitors, tourism and consumer trend - Brand development plan such as product, existing store space and location, new brand searching
O People Management (20%) - Design strategic staff plan by store and recruit the right person to make the best efficiency - Manage people to provide the best quality of service - Motivate staff through retail animation tool and personal meeting to enhance team spirit and to share the objective - People review – evaluate staff & conduct appraisal with HR
O Store Project (10%) - Manage all the process of store project coordinating with Brand Region - Store Layout, Cost, Construction, Opening date, contractor control - Manage the store status including maintenance
O Coordinate needs from Operators and Regional office of each brand (10%) - Contribute to BRABD Korea by understanding needs of each party and handling the issues in a comprehensive and coordinated way with balanced ideas. - Offer general information and make suggestion presented by BRAND on request of each party according to BRAND¡¯s business plan of each brand - Provide BRAND with right information and feedback collected by stores and regional office to contribute BRAND¡¯S info tool.
O Communication (10%) - Communication with suppliers for proper order system and promotion. - Communication with top management of BRAND and HK head office. - Communication with VIP customers for increase royalty for the brand. - Communication with staffs, competitors and other related people for future business.
