Senior Specialist, Order Management, SCM
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Ensure stock is effectively allocated to customer orders, to agreed timelines and the customer order book is delivered on time in full by taking into consideration on commercial requirements across all channels and countries.
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsible for availability and fulfilment (shipment ex warehouse according to sales order dates in day to day business for Korea
Execute the accurate order book allocation vs. plan in order to maximize stock allocation to customer orders, within the agreed timeline and parameters
Manage inter-DC inventory transfers by creating, validating, and tracking Stock Transport Orders (STOs) in SAP, ensuring accurate stock movement between plants (e.g., 7810 ¡æ 7812) for DTC replenishment in a timely manner.
Create manual delivery notes in alignment with the prioritization of key products launch priority agreed with Brand, Wholesale and Retail team
Identify the location of stock, to avoid cross allocation and improve stock utilisation
Cleanse order book including appropriate de-allocation, cancellation of delivery notes in line with order book cleansing policies.
Analyse, fix and report interface failures to achieve a high level of stock and order book accuracy.
Plan monthly shipment reflecting the most up to dated inbound projection and business priority of HLD and marketing campaign plan
Collaborate with the warehouse management team for e.g.: early DN creation, securing warehouse capacity, re-prioritization, monitoring service level agreements
Execute stock category movements in AFS to maximize stock utilization in internal stakeholders
Execute intercompany stock transfer process in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to optimize inventory level
Evaluate month end inventory level and analyze obsoletes and slow movers, define and implement action plans.
Contribute to key KPIs of COTIF/COTA in order to achieve highest possible on time availability.

:
Solid analytical skills, with an ability to gather and use quantitative and qualitative data that drives decisions
Structured, organised and process orientated
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, SAP and BI
Capable of performing multiple tasks under time constraints.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
At least bachelor¡¯s degree
Preferable fluent communication in English
3+ years of directly related experience of customer order management in supply chain (FMCG experience is preferred)
