• This position is a fixed-term contract for one year. 

   

  *Position summary:
  Support Advanced Metallization products development focusing on electrochemical screening experiments and plating tests for internal/external customers.

  -Hands on experiments and equipment maintenance follow working procedures in the lab according to global advanced materials standards.
  -Work with global CoE team in Taiwan and Germany to implement new analytical methods. 
  -Support investigation of new analytical tools to enhance data accuracy and repeatability to better meet the customer’s needs

   

  *Education/Qualifications required:
  -Fundamental understanding of electroplating technology, and electrochemistry.

  -Ability to effectively communicate detailed and precise technical requirements, procedures, and results in written and oral format.
  -Surface analysis (e.g. SEM, Optical microscopy) and electrochemical characterization knowledge are preferred.
  -B.S. and higher in chemistry or chemical engineering or related field is preferred

  -Prefer to have more than 3 years of relevant experience.
  -Team player, self-motivated and proactive attitude.
