[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Role Summary The HRM Specialist will be responsible for the seamless execution of HR operations, with a primary focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR Administration. This role ensures that all HR processes—from payroll support to employee lifecycle management—are handled with high precision and compliance. As a key member of the HR team, this individual will also provide comprehensive backup for broader HRM functions to support organizational stability. Key Responsibilities 1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) - Payroll Support: Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in social insurance, withholding taxes, and various allowances. - Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefit programs (medical insurance, gift vouchers, wellbeing programs) and handle inquiries from staff. - Annual Salary Review: Support the annual merit increase process, bonus calculations, and data preparation for salary surveys. - Compliance: Ensure all compensation practices align with the Korean Labor Standards Act and internal global policies. 2. HR Operations & Administration - Employee Lifecycle: Manage documentation for onboarding, job changes, promotions, and offboarding (contracts, certificates, resignation process). - HR Data Management: Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure 100% data integrity for reporting. - Attendance Management: Monitor and manage leave records (annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave) for both corporate and retail employees. - Audit & Reporting: Prepare regular HR headcount reports and support internal/external audits. 3. General HRM Backup - Labor Relations Support: Assist in managing employee grievances and maintaining a positive labor-management relationship. - Policy Update: Support the revision of Rules of Employment (Ãë¾÷±ÔÄ¢) and other internal HR policies in response to legal changes. - Ad-hoc Projects: Provide administrative support for TA and L&D functions during peak seasons or for special corporate events

- Professional Experience
- 4–9 years of experience in
HR, with a strong focus on C&B and HR Operations.
- Proven track record in
managing payroll, social insurance, and employee benefits.
- Prior experience in Retail,
Luxury, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of the
Korean Labor Standards Act.
- Advanced proficiency in MS
Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables) for data management.
- Experience using HRIS
platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) and local payroll systems.
- Language & Communication
- Bilingual proficiency in
English and Korean (Business-level reporting and communication).
- Ability to communicate HR
policies clearly to both corporate and retail staff.

- Education
