[RESPONSIBILITIES] - Develop and execute brand strategies and plans for assigned OTC products aligned with OTC & Consumer Healthcare portfolio strategy - Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing activities - Build strong understanding of market and consumer dynamics to support data-driven marketing decisions - Collaborate closely with sales and distribution partners to support effective field force activation - Identify new business opportunities in OTC and consumer healthcare fields and develop business cases for new products - Manage P&L of assigned brands and support budget planning and control - Design and conduct primary market research to generate actionable market and consumer insights - Review and develop claims and educational materials for HCP and consumer communications in compliance with industry codes
[QUALIFICATIONS] - Bachelor¡¯s degree; majors in business or communications are preferred - Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications - 1+ year of experience as a Product / Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred - Experience in FMCG industry is preferred - Experience in Women¡¯s Healthcare field is preferred - Goal-oriented with strong execution capability - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Good understanding of market and customer dynamics - Solid knowledge of compliance requirements and industry codes - Fluent in both Korean and English
