[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] PURPOSE for People Experience _ Sr Specialist o To ensure the smooth execution and continuous improvement of core HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, and contract management. o This role also contributes to enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness by supporting HR projects, managing internal communication, and assisting with career review operations.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES o Onboarding and Offboarding Operations and Improvement (30%) - Manage pre-boarding and onboarding communications, including welcome emails, manager notifications, and induction scheduling. - Coordinate induction schedules for office new hires and BM-level employees with relevant departments. - Prepare and maintain welcome kits and onboarding materials. - Execute offboarding tasks including farewell emails, checklist collection, and IT calendar updates. - Identify improvement areas and execute strategic enhancements for onboarding and offboarding programs.
o HR Project Support (25%) - Support team and company-wide HR projects, including timeline management, documentation, and communications. - Actively participate in improvement initiatives related to onboarding, performance management, and HR operations. - Propose and implement practical solutions based on project execution feedback.
o Probation and Contract Management (20%) - Send probation-related notifications at key milestones (initial, 1-month, completion). - Track and follow up on probation evaluation submissions across divisions. - Notify teams of contract end dates and support extension or offboarding processes. - Analyze probation and contract-related data to identify improvement areas and contribute to strategic planning. o HR Communication and Content Management (15%) - Draft and distribute internal communications on HR policy updates, including delegation of authority and process changes. - Manage and update HR Helpdesk content and employee guide materials.
o Career Review Operations (10%) - Manage career review timelines, participant lists, and communication of evaluation criteria. - Prepare data, coordinate meetings, and support documentation of outcomes. - Assist in improving the career review process and support its efficient execution.
