[주요 업무]
전북 공장 EHS 전반 운영 및 법규 Compliance 관리
산업안전보건법, 중대재해처벌법(SAPA) 대응 및 이행 관리
PSM 사업장 운영, 자체점검 및 개선 활동
사고 조사 및 재발 방지 대책 수립
본사 및 Regional EHS와의 협업 및 리포팅
향후 다공장 통합 EHS 관리 참여 가능
[자격 요건]
PSM 대상 사업장 근무 경험 필수
대기환경기사 자격증 필수
화학/제조 환경 EHS 경력 7년 이상
비즈니스 레벨 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
중대재해처벌법 대응 경험 보유자 우대

We would like to introduce an EHS Manager opportunity with a global chemical company headquartered in Europe.Based on your background, we believe this role could be a strong match for your experience.
This position goes beyond a single-site EHS role.You will initially be responsible for EHS operations at the Jeonbuk site, and after approximately two years, following the completion of a new Chungcheong plant, the role has a strong potential to expand into a Korea-wide EHS leadership position.
[Company Overview]
Industry: Automotive, construction, and industrial chemical products
Manufacturing sites in Korea: Jeonbuk / Chungcheong (total of 3 plants)→ Planned integration into the Dangjin site within the next 2–3 years
[Position Overview]
Title: EHS Manager (Jeonbuk Plant)
Role Type: Individual Contributor (no people management)
Reporting Line: Korea Plant Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
[Key Responsibilities]
Overall EHS management and regulatory compliance at the Jeonbuk plant
Compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA)
Operation and continuous improvement of PSM-regulated processes
Incident investigation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Collaboration and reporting to Global / Regional EHS teams
Participation in future multi-site and integrated EHS management
[Qualifications]
Hands-on experience in PSM-regulated facilities (mandatory)
Air Environment Engineer license (mandatory)
Minimum 7 years of EHS experience in chemical or manufacturing environments
Business-level English communication skills
Experience responding to SAPA requirements is preferred
[Compensation]
Salary and job level will be determined based on experience and background
