Role Summary:

Clinical Application Specialist, Ultrasound(Cardiovascular) is responsible to ensure that customers (e.g. end-users, technicians, operators) are properly introduced and trained to optimally use Customer Lifetime Value products like clinical options, add-ons & upgrades for Ultrasound delivered, installed and handed over by Philips and maximize customer satisfaction in the assigned region. This position will provide clinical value by training to internal and external customers and increase business volume in Ultrasound Customer Lifetime Value.

Clinical Application Specialist, Ultrasound(Cardiovascular)는 필립스의 Cardiovascular Ultrasound 제품/솔루션/서비스의 임상 응용에 대한 지식 전문가로써, 제품 및 솔루션에 대한 임상 관련 지원을 하여 고객 만족도를 극대화 하고 비즈니스 규모를 확장하는데에 기여합니다. 고객에게 프레젠테이션 및 제품 데모 시연을 실시하며, 영업 팀에 임상에 관한 교육을 실시합니다.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Train customers and partners on clinical procedures and protocols for optimal usage of Cardiovascular Ultrasound equipment.
  • Provide re-training for hospital staff and partners on new releases or any add-ons & upgrades for Ultrasound equipment in procedures.
  • Ensure high-quality training and customer satisfaction.
  • Report difficulties in equipment usage to headquarters.
  • Deliver customized training materials as needed.
  • Support conferences, Hands-on workshops, and user group meetings hosted by Philips.
  • Gather direct feedback from customers through regular visits.
  • Assist sales team and proceed clinical evaluation, demonstrations, and presentation
  • Support overall Clinical marketing communication tasks including conference support, workshop material creation, etc.
  • Provide clinical support such as research and equipment evaluation to market leaders and key opinion leaders (KOLs).Educate sales team on emerging clinical issues and market changes.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Stay updated on clinical developments and safety standards.
  • Manage safety standards and report accidents.
  • Ensure training complies with company quality policy.
  • Report customer feedback and follow quality standards.

  • 높은 수준의 장비 교육과 고객 만족도를 제공합니다.
  • 최적의 제품 활용에 관련하여 문제가 있을 경우 본사에 보고합니다.
  • 필요시 고객에 맞춤형 교육 자료를 제공합니다.
  • 학회, Hands-on Workshop, 필립스 주최의 제품행사를 지원합니다.
  • 정기적인 방문을 통해 고객의 직접적인 피드백을 수집합니다.
  • 영업팀을 지원하고, 임상평가, 제품 데모 및 프레젠테이션을 실시합니다.
  • 학회, Workshop Material 제작 등 전반적인 Clinical Marketing 커뮤니케이션 업무를 지원을 합니다.
  • 마켓 리더, 주요 고객(Key Opinion Leader)에게 리서치, 장비 Evaluation 등 임상 지원을 합니다.
  • 신규 임상, 제품 트렌드 및 시장 변화에 대해 영업팀에 교육을 실시합니다.
  • 시장 점유율을 늘리기 위한 영업 전략을 개발합니다.
  • 안전 기준에 대한 정보를 유지, 관리하고 보고합니다.
  • 회사의 품질 정책을 준수하여 교육을 실시합니다.
  • 고객 피드백을 보고하고 품질 기준을 준수합니다.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Graduated in radiology or related fields preferred
  • Experienced in Cardiovascular Ultrasound, Echocardiography clinical domain(eg. Clinical Application Specialist, Sonographer)
  • Flexibility to travel to customer site
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English communication is preferred
  • Knowledge in Healthcare industry
