- Ability to organize and handle data

experience
- Ability to support data analysis and
reporting for sales or compensation-related programs
- Experience supporting sales planners,
business analysts, or incentive/compensation programs
- Basic understanding of sales performance
metrics or incentive structures
- Good written and verbal communication
skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and a careful,
methodical approach to data handling and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and
changing business environment
