IDLENC is looking for passionate English teachers and academic coordinators to join our team for the 2026 school year. We specialize in early childhood education, providing fun and engaging English classes to kindergartens across Seoul.

[Working Conditions]

Location: Various locations throughout Seoul (Office: Seongsu-dong)

Start Date: March 2026 (Regular) / Flexible (Freelance)

Contract: 1 year for regular positions / 6+ months for freelancers

[Available Shifts & Salary]

Option 1 (Full-time): 12:00 PM ? 03:50 PM | 1.65M KRW

Option 2 (Full-time): 09:00 AM ? 04:00 PM | 200M KRW(6 hrs + 1-hr break)

Option 3 (Full-time): 09:00 AM ? 06:00 PM | 260M KRW(8 hrs + 1-hr break)

Freelance: Flexible scheduling | 40,000 KRW per hour (Negotiable)

Note: Salaries are gross amounts before standard payroll deductions.

Conducting engaging English classes for children aged 4?7.

Monitoring class quality and providing constructive feedback.

Managing lesson plans (Full training, curriculum, and materials provided).

Language: Native or near-native English proficiency.
