Position Summary (Á÷¹« °³¿ä):
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this role is responsible for enhancing INSPIRE¡¯s brand awareness and managing overall brand identity. It includes planning seasonal marketing campaign themes and developing and executing effective marketing plans targeting customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (ÁÖ¿ä Á÷¹«):
• Digital marketing initiatives designed to directly drive sales of performance marketing and other direct products
• By planning and managing content across various brand touchpoints and media channels within the resort, enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction.
• Ensures the quality and consistency of copywriting used for promoting the resort¡¯s services and products, and oversees the creation, management, and efficient operation of content for in-resort DIDs—one of the resort¡¯s key owned media channels
• To ensure effective brand management, this role develops and maintains guidelines for brand exposure across various brand touchpoints
• Assists with on-site and off-site events as required
Minimum Education and Qualifications (ÀÚ°Ý ¿ä°Ç):
• A bachelor¡¯s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related fields preferred
• 3 years + professional experience in Brand Marketing or marketing communications.
• Experience in performance marketing at a digital marketing agency, media lab, or in-house environment is preferred
• Desired Characteristics: Self-motivated, Inter-personal & proactive to build positive relationships and linkages to other departments within Company and external groups, commercial drive, ability to combine technical competencies and consumer insights to deliver brand & advertising executions
• Excellent Korean written and communication skills. English skill is a plus
• Ability to work independently; to lead, manage and develop a highly motivated team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Attention to detail, organized and plans his/her time accordingly to ensure deadlines are hit
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters
• Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
• Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests

• Must be willing to work flexible to support resort operations.
