Position Summary
This senior leadership role drives competitive Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategies for INSPIRE's established integrated resort operations. Reporting to the HR Director, the position leads comprehensive HR planning to design market-leading total rewards programs that attract top talent, enhance retention, and align with business growth objectives. Focuses on data-driven optimization, regulatory compliance, and innovative C&B solutions in a competitive hospitality landscape.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive C&B strategies through workforce cost modeling, total rewards optimization, and long-term HR planning to maintain market leadership
Lead Compensation Committee operations, including agenda preparation, data analysis, and executive recommendations for salary structures and incentive programs
Design competitive benefits portfolios (medical, life insurance, disability, retirement pension) with vendor optimization for cost efficiency and employee satisfaction
Conduct advanced market benchmarking, salary surveys, regression analysis, and equity assessments to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness
Oversee C&B team leadership, performance management, and capability development to support scalable HR operations
Analyze C&B metrics (turnover costs, engagement scores, utilization rates) to drive retention strategies and program enhancements
Partner with HRBP, Finance, and business leaders on annual budgeting, merit planning, variable pay, and equity compensation frameworks
Ensure compliance with Korean labor laws, global standards, and industry regulations while mitigating risks in high-volume operations
Innovate C&B programs based on global trends, employee feedback, and competitive intelligence to strengthen employer branding
Manage personnel actions, audits, confidential executive matters, and cross-functional HR initiatives
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master¡¯s degree or MBA strongly preferred
Minimum 10 years of progressive C&B experience, with minimum 3~5+ years in senior management/leadership roles in C&B Part, Plus for hospitality, luxury hotels, integrated resorts, or multinational environments experience.
Expertise in strategic HR planning, compensation analytics (job evaluation, market pricing, total rewards modeling), and benefits strategy
Advanced knowledge of Korean employment laws, global C&B trends, and HRIS/payroll integration
Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling, pivots), analytics platforms, and visualization tools
Exceptional strategic leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent business English (written/verbal) for global communications; additional languages advantageous
Certifications such as CCP, GRP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent preferred
Proven ability to handle highly confidential strategic information
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Maintaining high level of confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
Requires a valid driver¡¯s license and passport.
Office work environment
Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
