Position Summary:
NSPIRE Entertainment Resort, Korea¡¯s largest integrated resort destination, is seeking a talented and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our Hotel Sales team. In this strategic role, you will support the Director of Sales by providing accurate data analysis, market insights, performance monitoring, and analytical foundations for pricing, distribution, and sales strategies. Your work will directly influence decision-making across the resort¡¯s hotel and overall revenue operations.
The Revenue Analyst will analyze customer behavior, revenue performance, market demand, competitive environment, and segment-level trends to provide clear insights and analytical support. These insights will guide the execution of effective sales, pricing, and distribution strategies across the resort¡¯s various business segments.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (include but not limited to..)
• Provide strategic analysis and market insights to support sales and revenue decision-making
• Analyze historical and current operational data to identify room demand patterns and segment performance trends
• Conduct competitive pricing (comp-set) and market positioning analysis
• Forecast demand and assess impacts based on local events and macro-environmental changes
• Deliver data-driven insights to guide Sales, Marketing, and Revenue strategy development
• Analyze key KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and segment mix; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Compare performance across channels (Direct, OTA, Corporate, Package, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities
• Perform variance analysis (forecast vs. actual) and explain performance drivers
• Evaluate price and promotion effectiveness, including ROI assessments
• Support pricing and inventory management analysis in collaboration with the Revenue Manager
• Model the impact of price changes and promotional actions on target ADR/RevPAR
• Build baseline datasets and perform scenario analysis to support yield strategies
• Provide analytical support for group business and large event block management
• Analyze sales performance and trends by channel and segment (OTA, direct, corporate, etc.)
• Provide data for developing channel optimization strategies related to pricing, visibility, and inventory
• Support sales teams with insights for targeted promotions, lead generation, and account management
• Deliver market and customer insights, including forecasts, for FIT/OTA/Corporate sales activities
• Prepare Daily Pickup Reports, Weekly Forecasts, and Monthly Performance Reviews
• Summarize trends, insights, risks, and opportunities for executive-level reporting
