Position Summary Reporting to the Lead of People Operations, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will collaborate closely with business unit to develop and drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives focusing HC Managing & peformance assesement. The HRBP acts as a strategic advisor and change agent, guiding the design and implementation of people strategies that enhance business performance, strengthen culture, and foster talent development. Primary Duties And Responsibilities Serve as a primary HR advisor and consultant to business units, translating business needs into effective people solutions Support Head count Managing, workforce planning, organizational design, Performance Assesement and change management. Partner with other HR Functions to drive talent acquisition, Training, C&B for retention strategies Manage annual performance management cycles, succession planning, and talent reviews Advise on employee relations and provide guidance in resolving complex employee matters Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism) to inform decision-making and recommend actions Advise learning and development programs tailored to business needs Support compensation, recognition, and benefits programs in partnership with HR Functions Ensure legal and regulatory HR compliance, monitor policy adherence, and proactively manage risk Support or participate in key HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness Promote inclusive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives Serve as an HR champion in organizational transformation and business process improvement Any Ad hoc assignments upon request Minimum Education and Qualifications: 3~5+ year or less of relevant experience, or strong enthusiasm and interest in HR and recruitment Proficient Korean communication skills; business-level English communication preferred Additional language skills in Japanese or Chinese are advantageous Experience in hospitality or related industries is preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work cooperatively within a team Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office application Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea.
