Position Summary Reporting to Director of Data Strategy & Analysis, the Data Analyst will extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple platforms and databases to support casino gaming operations, marketing, hotel and resort F&B. This role ensures data accuracy, delivers actionable insights and contributes to strategic business planning. Primary Duties And Responsibilities Develops and maintains ETL processes for data integration into data warehouse. Monitors and ensure data accuracy and integrity of data sets. Design and implement automated data processes and reporting system. Create reports, graphs and interactive dashboards using business analytics tools. Analyze trends and provide Key Insights to management for decision-making. Evaluate the impact of events, promotion and other business initiatives. Track performance against business targets and audit internal processes. Conduct competitor market research to identify business opportunities, trends and competitive strengths and weakness Work rotationally on weekend Minimum Education And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, IT, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Effective communication and presentation skills, with intermediate written and verbal in English or chinese, fluency in Korean. Proactive, adaptable, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of data integration and automation process. Experience in casino gaming, hospitality, or related industries is a plus Other Requirement: Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential. Requires a valid driver’s license and passport. Office work environment Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea.
