Position Summary This position will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis by managing data and preparing reports. The role requires strong analytical skills to contribute to business planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation. The ideal candidate will bring experience in finance-related functions within the Integrated Resort or Hospitality industry and demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to support strategic decision-making. [Primary Duties and Responsibilities] includes but not limited to: Financial Reporting and Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and deliver management reports and financial dashboards using MS Excel and other ERPs. Extract insights from large datasets, including PMS, POS, and others, and present findings to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Business Collaboration: Partner with business units to understand financial and data needs, providing support in planning and analysis. Manage and structure data to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting. KPI Tracking: Define, monitor, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and highlight areas for improvement. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ad-hoc Projects: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and projects to address specific business challenges and opportunities. [Minimum Education and Qualifications] • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in IR or Hospitality Business • Proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). • Experience with ERP systems, with a strong understanding of operation. • Effective communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
