The ideal candidate will bring experience in finance-related functions within the Integrated Resort or Hospitality industry and demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to support strategic decision-making. Extract insights from large datasets, including PMS, POS, and others, and present findings to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Business Collaboration: Partner with business units to understand financial and data needs, providing support in planning and analysis. Manage and structure data to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting. KPI Tracking: Define, monitor, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and highlight areas for improvement. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ad-hoc Projects: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and projects to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
