Position Summary The Resort Hospitality Training Specialist supports the Training Manager in executing and managing training programs across hotel and F&B operations, playing a key role in enhancing employee capabilities and ensuring effective training activities. The Training Specialist helps maintain the quality of training programs by supporting the operation and delivery of various sessions, including product knowledge, SOPs, basic operational systems, customer service, and foundational leadership skills. Through practical, hands-on training efforts, the specialist helps employees build strong service competencies. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Support Training Program Execution Assist in planning, organizing, and executing training programs for hotel and F&B operations in coordination with the Training Manager. Facilitate New Hire Orientation Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new employees understand the resort's culture, standards, and service expectations. Deliver Core Training Sessions Provide training on topics such as customer service, product knowledge, SOPs, health & safety, and resort systems. Monitor Training Attendance & Completion Track employee participation, ensure completion of mandatory training, and maintain accurate training records. Assist with Training Material Development Help create and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and e-learning content in line with brand standards. Evaluate Training Effectiveness Gather feedback, observe employee performance, and report on the impact of training on operational performance. Promote Continuous Learning Culture Encourage a learning mindset by promoting ongoing development opportunities and recognizing training achievements. Ensure Policy and SOP Compliance Support employees in understanding and following operational policies and procedures as outlined in manuals. Assist in Internal Communication of Training Promote upcoming training programs and opportunities through internal communication channels such as notice boards, newsletters, or digital platforms. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or related field. Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. Total 3~5 years of experience in Hotel/F&B Operations, Operational Training experience preferred. Fluent English written and verbal communication skills. Competencies: Attention to details.
